Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

room upgrade helpful staff

The location is convenient. It is close to public transportation options and several attractions. I received a room upgrade which I greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful . The provided ramp was great for managing heavy luggage.

The bathroom sliding door proved difficult to operate. It was hard to both open and close. This affected overall convenience .

Coles supermarket is just across the road. It stays open until 10pm. It provides a convenient option for purchasing snacks. Several dining options are nearby. They offer diverse cuisines.

The bed was comfortable and soft. I appreciated the double glazed windows. They made the room quiet. A single blanket was provided. I slept well. The water pressure in the shower was strong. Hot water was available.

train station friendly staff comfy room thin blanket faulty remote

The hotel is near main attractions. It is also close to a train station. The staff was very friendly and upgraded my room. The room itself was super comfy.

The hotel lacked an extra blanket in the room. The remote control did not work well. I needed to ask the reception for an iron as well.

the location was convenient, a central location. i found the proximity to the central business district particularly useful. the light rail was a short walk, and i loved the easy access to darling harbour.

the room was a bit too dark for my liking.

a coles supermarket sits almost directly across from the hotel. i noticed many eating and coffee places in every direction. this made finding a quick bite very easy and convenient.

excellent location and clean room

convenient location helpful ramp

the hotel has a very convenient location, close to transport links (i used the train station nearby). the room was clean, and it served its purpose for my short stay. i found the ramp into the building especially helpful with my luggage.

i did notice that the room seemed a bit dark (probably due to the wallpaper and lighting). it was quieter than being on the street, though.

my beautiful king room included a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a fridge. the temperature was perfect, and the bed was quite comfortable (i slept well!). the bathroom had a good shower and necessary toiletries.
